Extreme sport lovers should visit the Nanciyafa Ecological Reserve and Catemaco Lake.

Veracruz’s Malecón is a place to observe ships, to walk and feel the ocean breeze, to eat ice cream, drink coffee or buy some of the town’s best handcrafts.

Veracruz’s coasts are an important source of wealth due to fishing, oil extraction, and commercial exchange taking place in the country’s most important port. Veracruz is the perfect destination for business meetings.

Families traveling to Veracruz will find plenty of activities for the little ones. The port is a child-friendly place, where children are considered distinguished visitors. One of their favorite places is the aquarium, where a large variety of marine animals, from sea turtles to small fish, sharks and stingrays, are found.
